Ethiopia Yirgachefe: Featured Origin Select Coffee

Our Origin Select coffee this month comes from the Southwestern region of Ethiopia, from the town of Gedeb, just south of Yirga Chefe. This full-bodied coffee has a delicate floral and mildly spicy aroma. Our roasters chose a medium roast to bring out the best in this special prep bean from the birthplace of coffee.

Mexico Baxtla: Featured Origin Select Coffee

Our Origin Select coffee this month comes from the Baxtla region of Veracruz. This smooth, easy-drinking coffee features soft orange blossom brightness, chocolate richness and a lingering chocolate and candied citrus finish. We decided on a medium/dark roast profile this month, to really highlight the cocoa notes inherent in Mexican coffees.

Mocha Java

Mocha Java has a story almost as old as coffee itself… We’ve taken coffee from both of the original growing regions and roasted them individually (prior to blending them together) to bring out the best characteristics of each, creating what we believe to be a delicious version of this classic medium/dark roast, our Mocha Java Inaugural Blend!
