All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. We process orders for shipping and local pick up Monday through Friday. Orders placed after noon on Friday will be processed the following week.
We partner withUSPS and use Ground Advantageto ship our products. Shipments usually arrive within 5 days after an order has been placed.

Store Pick up is free. For pickup orders, please place your order online and select the pickup option.Please note that we pack these Tuesday through Friday, and you will receive a notification email letting you know your order is ready to be picked up.

Once your order is ready for pick up, you can pick it up at Perkolator, 6032 W. Irving Park Road, Chicago, IL 60634 during normal business hours: Monday through Friday 7am to 3pm and Saturday and Sunday 8am to 3pm.
You’ll receive a shipment confirmation email from us2-3 days after placing your order, depending on when you placed your order. This email will contain a tracking number that you can use to track your order.

Perkolator is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Perkolator is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please please email us and include photos of all packaging material and damaged goods.
