Huehuetenango is probably the most famous (and difficult to pronounce—say it like this: “way-way-ten-AIN-go”) region. Boasting the highest altitudes in the country (as high as 2,000 meters above sea level.) Our Guatemala is one of the darkest in our offerings, but still manages to deliver a balanced and delightfully nuanced flavor profile. Chocolaty, full bodied, and stone fruit sweetness mark these coffees, which tend to be the most complex of what Guatemala has to offer.
