Once you pick the products you want to subscribe to and you make your first purchase, you will be automatically invoiced going forward, and your product shipped out or delivered the week after your invoice is paid. You can easily manage your subscription as well!
Please note that the cut off for free local delivery and roasted coffee orders is Sunday at 5pm. Our coffee is roasted on Mondays, production is on Tuesdays, and deliveries and shipped orders go out Tuesday through Friday. If you placed your order, or your recurring invoice was paid, after 5pm on Sunday, it will be delivered or shipped the following week.
Managing Your Subscription
If you need to make a change to your subscription, like swapping out products, or changing quantities, you first need to create an account on our site. Please note that when you subscribe or place an order, it does not automatically create an account. You must create an account in order to manage your subscription.
Then, sign in to your account and click on "Manage Subscription."
To swap products or change grinds on your coffee: Click on "Products in your Subscription," then select "Swap Product." If you would like to switch products that are not alike, such as a bag of roasted coffee for a jug, you will need to add the new item and then delete the old item.
To adjust quantity of your products : Click on "Edit Quantity" in the upper right hand corner. If you would like to just adjust quantities one time, please select "Manage Upcoming Orders," then select "Edit Quantity."
To pause or unpause your subscription:
- Pause: Click on "Manage Upcoming Orders" and then pause the order. NOTE: When your invoice automatically gets paid, it triggers an order that we then prepare for delivery the following week. We do not deliver the same the week that your invoice is paid (unless it is on a Sunday before 5pm). For example, if your invoice is automatically paid on Wednesdays, you would need to pause the invoice before Wednesday the week prior to the week you do not want a delivery. If your invoice has already processed and you need to pause the next week, please send us an email, and we are happy to take care of it.
- Unpause: Click on "Manage Upcoming Orders" and then resume the order. NOTE: When your invoice is paid, it triggers an order that we then prepare for delivery the following week. We do not deliver the same week that invoices are paid (unless it is on a Sunday before 5pm). So, you need to unpause the week before you want your deliveries to begin.
To add an item onto your subscription: Make sure you are signed in to your account, and then go to the item you'd like to add to your subscription. It will give you the option to purchase the item this one-time or to subscribe to it. Click "Subscribe" and then "Add to your existing subscription."
To add a one-time item onto your subscription delivery:
If the item is $15 or more, please make a separate purchase for your item. If the item is under $15, please email us at email@example.com and tell us the item name and quantity, and we will add it to your next delivery!
NOTE: There is a minimum $15 for local delivery, so if you are ordering one-time and the order is under $15, it will give you an error message stating that we cannot delivery that item locally. However, we are happy to add on a one-time order to your next subscription delivery for you, just send us an email!
