Once you pick the products you want to subscribe to and you make your first purchase, you will be automatically invoiced going forward, and your product shipped out or delivered. You can easily manage your subscription as well!
Please note that the cut off for free local delivery and roasted coffee orders is Sunday at 5pm. Our coffee is roasted on Mondays, production is on Tuesdays, and deliveries and shipped orders go out Tuesday through Friday. If you placed your order after 5pm on Sunday, it will be delivered or shipped the following week.
Managing Your Subscription
If you need to make a change to your subscription, like swapping out products, or changing quantities, you first need to create an account on our site.
Then, sign in to your account and click on "Manage Subscription."
To swap products or change grinds on your coffee: Click on "Products in your Subscription," then select "Swap Product."
To adjust quantity of your products : Click on "Edit Quantity" in the upper right hand corner. If you would like to just adjust quantities one time, please select "Manage Upcoming Orders," then select "Edit Quantity."
To pause or resume your subscription: Click on "Manage Upcoming Orders" and then pause or resume the orders.
To add an item onto your subscription: Make sure you are signed in to your account, and then go to the item you'd like to add to your subscription. It will give you the option to purchase the item this one-time or to subscribe to it. Click "Subscribe" and then "Add to your existing subscription."
NOTE: There is a minimum $15 for local delivery, so if you are ordering one-time and the order is under $15, it will give you an error message stating that we cannot delivery that item locally. However, we are happy to add on a one-time order to your next subscription delivery for you, just send us an email!
