We’re located at 6032 W. Irving Park Road, Chicago, IL 60634.

Our café is open from 7 am to 3 pm Monday through Friday, and 8 am to 3 pm Saturday and Sunday. We are closed Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day through New Years Day.

Coffee Questions

About 85% of the different coffees that we roast are grown organically. (We are not allowed to label them as organic, because they share a roaster that is also used to roast coffees that are grown without organic certification.)

Our Portage Park blend, our espresso blend, and all of our single origin coffees (those that carry only the name of the country they are from) are all sourced organically grown.

Our decaffeinated coffee is a Swiss Water Process, which means that it is never exposed to chemical decaffeination, but instead uses a water soluble bath in order to extract the caffeine molecules.

All you have to do is create an account and join our rewards program. You can earn points while shopping and redeem them when you check out. You can also earn points by following us on social media!

To redeem or apply your Perk Points to your subscription,

  1. Log in to your account by clicking on the "My Account" link at the top of this page.
  2. Once logged in, navigate to the Rewards page via the main menu bar. Here, click the "Redeem Points” button.
  3. Select your reward (make sure it is for subscription and not one-time purchases). It will generate a coupon code. Copy this code.
  4. Now, click on My Account again and then Manage Subscriptions.
  5. Select the subscription product you would like to apply the discount to.
  6. Once that page opens, on the left hand side at the bottom, you will see a link to "Apply a Discount." Click on this and then paste your discount code in. Now, you are all set!

Your rewards coupons are good for one-time purchases, which you will need to place through the website. Enter your coupon code in the Discount Code field in your shopping cart when you check out.(The rewards coupons will not work if you are adding one-time products to an upcoming subscription order, so you must place a separate order through the site.)

Subscriptions

A subscription is an auto-refill and delivery order.

Signing up is simple! All you have to do is select your product, choose subscribe and yourdelivery frequency, and start saving!

The Secret Menu is available to subscribers only. To access it:

1. Log into your account.

2. Click on the Manage Subscriptions button.

3. Click on the Manage Subscriptions button next to your current subscription.

4. The Secret Menu will be on the next page.

5. Peruse our seasonal and bakery offerings exclusive only to YOU!

Log into your account through Manage My Subscription.

  • Click on Add a Product.
  • Locate the product you’d like to get.
  • Let us know if you'd like it just this one time or to subscribe to it.
  • Select your frequency and delivery method.
  • Note that each product you choose to subscribe to is a subscription within itself.

Log into your account through Manage My Subscription. Then, locate the specific item  you’d like to add to your subscription. When you go to add it to your cart, you will be prompted to select the option to purchase the item as a one-time purchase or to subscribe to it. Click “one-time” purchase and then select, “add to your existing subscription.”

  • Click on the Manage Subscription button next to the product you would like swapped out.
  • In the "Your Subscription" column on the left, click on the product you'd like to swap out.
  • In the pop-up window for the product, scroll to the bottom and click on the Swap Product button.
  • Select a new product to swap it out with.
  • Choose your quantity and frequency and click on Swap product.

You can easily make a change to your subscription like swapping out products or skipping, pausing, or canceling an order by clicking on Manage My Subscription.

  • Sign into your account.
  • Click on the Manage Subscription button next to the subscription product(s) that you would like to skip.
  • Select the Next Charge Date button on the left and select the date that you would like your subscription to resume. (This date will be date your invoice processes, not your actual delivery date.)
  • NOTE: If there are multiple products you would like to pause, you must follow these steps for each product.

  • Sign into your account.
  • Click on the Manage Subscription button next to the subscription product(s) that you would like to skip.
  • In the Subscription column, scroll down to the "Skip Shiment" button and click it.
  • NOTE: If there are multiple products you would like to skip, you must follow these steps for each product.

Shipping and Returns

We offer free shipping for orders over $50. 

We offer Free Local Delivery for orders of $15 or more within a 6-mile radius. You can find out if your address qualifies here.Please note that we process orders Monday through Friday at 12 pm. The cut off for Free Local Delivery is Sunday at 5pm. Deliveries and shipped orders go out Tuesday through Friday.

Currently, we do not ship internationally.

We ship via USPS Priority Mail.

All orders are processed Monday through Friday at 12 pm and shipped out Tuesday through Friday. Anything ordered after 12 pm Friday through Sunday will go out the following week. 

Free Local Delivery orders have a cut-off of Sunday at 5pm. These local deliveries are made on Tuesday through Friday following the cut off. If you place an order on Wednesday, your Free Local Delivery will arrive the following week, based on your zip code (see below), and will then repeat regularly based on the frequency you selected if you’re part of our subscription program.

Free Local Delivery delivery days depend on your zip code. Please see the delivery days below to find out when your order will arrive. Please note that sometimes holidays, weather, and a high volume of orders may cause a delay in your order. We’ll let you know if we encounter any delays in shipping your order. Our Ready-to-Drink beverages are available for local delivery and pickup only. If you have purchased one of our ready-to-drink juices or coffee jugs, we kindly ask that you place an insulated bag or cooler outside for us to place your delivery in. We cannot accept any responsibility for products that have gone bad if no cooler has been left outside.
