Brewing Suggestions
Sumatra is a fascinating origin, unique even among its fellow Indonesian coffee-growing islands and areas. Sumatran coffees have long been distinct for their earthy, savory, and herbaceous characteristics, in part contributed by the climate and the mix of varieties grown, but also due to a specific post-harvest processing style called Wet-Hulling, or locally known as Giling Basah, which imparts much of the unique qualities these coffees have. You’ll get cedar wood aromas and a bakers cocoa finish. Our Sumatran coffees are typically sourced from the Aceh region, and are roasted darker than any of our other offerings.

I love the flavor of Sumatra coffee. The subtle flavors. I also love the convenience of having it delivered on my doorstep. You can track it. They send you a picture of the completed delivery like Amazon. No putting in your delivery address and credit card information. No running out in the rain, snow and cold. Great tasting coffee and convenience.
