Uganda: Rwenzori Silverback
Our Origin Select coffee this month comes fromthe Rwenzori region in Southwest Uganda. This is a collection of coffee from small-holder producers in the region. The cherries are selectively picked and brought to the processing station on the same day. They are naturally processed by separating the bean from the cherry by floatation and then put onto drying tables for 21-35 days.

Our neighborhood café and roastery is where it all started back in 2014. Its bright and homey atmosphere serves as a central hub to the Portage Park community, where people gather to connect, work, create, and indulge in freshly roasted coffee, hand-crafted drinks, made-from-scratch soups and sandwiches, and freshly-baked pastries.
